excellent stay with clean spacious rooms
spacious room big terrace illy coffee street restaurant
The rooms were really nice and spacious. they included everything i needed, like a big terrace. i found some restaurants open late, a supermarket, and a pharmacy just across the street. breakfast included true illy coffee. That was a welcome surprise.
the bar had strange opening hours and served local alcohol under premium labels.

The hotel provided a clean pool. it featured decent size dimensions for swimming and lounging. fresh pool towels were available daily at the bar, ensuring convenience and hygiene for all guests. The process was really easy.

noisy air conditioning unhelpful staff
the room was clean upon arrival, i will give them that.
I had a pretty frustrating stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom made an very nice amount of noise and i could barely sleep. the shower did not drain well at all, i was standing in a puddle. i also found the staff to be quite unhelpful when i raised these issues (i did).

spacious room clean bathroom effective air conditioning
i stayed in a beautiful studio for my visit the room was very spacious and clean it included complimentary toiletries in the modern bathroom the air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a comfortable temperature.
the pool bar changing facilities were quite poor the ladies shower was out of service i also noticed that the changing area was dimly lit and not well maintained.

great value with some lovely touches
complimentary champagne fresh towels available sunbed nice touch
I really liked this place. our room had complimentary champagne and a welcome note, a nice touch. the rooms we had were cleaned daily and we got fresh towels. we didn't fight for sunbeds. We could always get one.
the gym was dark and uninviting, so i didn't use it.

the staff always helps. staff will help with anything that you need, they are very cute. there is support and assistance 24/7.

the hotel is on the main road and it has bus routes for various destinations. it is a five minute walk to the beach. transfer from the airport takes around 20 minutes.
